Who is
Edward Rivera.
Edward Rivera is a seasoned executive leader with over 20 years of experience in ministry operations, organizational growth, stewardship, and community impact. He is currently Executive Pastor of Stewardship at CityLine Bible Church and Executive Director of CityLine Care Center, where he helps lead strategic direction, financial systems, and community-centered programming that support dignity, hope, and tangible transformation. A founding elder of CityLine Bible Church, Edward played a key role in launching the church with no financial reserves, helping guide it to more than $3.6 million in assets and sustainable ministry impact. Over the years, he has served in progressively senior leadership roles, including Part-Time Pastor, Connections & Operations Pastor, Executive Operations Pastor, and now executive-level stewardship and nonprofit leadership. Before his full-time ministry leadership, Edward built and operated his own successful mortgage company, bringing entrepreneurial discipline, financial oversight, and team leadership into every role he holds.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Biblical Studies and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Nonprofit Administration and Leadership at Moody Bible Institute, where he focuses on building organizational systems that align mission with measurable outcomes. LinkedIn
